Sunshine Wednesday before rain returns

Skies are clear yet again Wednesday, with breezy conditions and highs in the upper 40s. Clouds and rain will make a return, however, as soon as Wednesday night. Areas of on-and-off rain showers will continue Thursday and Friday.
