Ingredients 400g milk chocolate 100g chocolate spread 60g broken Digestive biscuits 70g mini marshmallows 150g mini creme eggs 150g white chocolate Yellow or orange food colouring Five creme eggs Method First of all, break the milk chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate spread. Microwave this in short bursts until everything is melted and smooth.

Allow it to cool slightly before moving on to the next step. When the chocolate has cooled, add in the broken Digestives and mini marshmallows as well as the mini creme eggs. Give it a good mix until all of the ingredients are folded together.

Scoop the mixture into a lined eight inch tin, and make sure it's smoothed out right to the edges. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the microwave too. Pour half into another bowl and add a few drops of the food colouring.

Drizzle the white chocolate over the rocky road followed by the yellow chocolate, then place nine creme egg halves on top. Refrigerate for around two hours before slicing up and serving..
