Pune: Additional sessions judge S N Sachdeo on Saturday deferred the hearing on the bail application filed by Dattatray Gade (37), who was arrested in connection with the Swargate bus rape case , till May 2. The hearing was postponed because the city police crime branch did not receive the court's notice that had directed them to file their written submission to oppose Gade's bail plea. The court also deferred the hearing till April 22 on the crime revision petition filed to seek Gade's police custody for a day.
