Qatar tribune Ashraf Siddiqui Doha The Ambassador of Sweden to Qatar HE Gautam Bhattacharyya has said that the world-class infrastructure and robust investment capacity of Qatar, spearheaded by institutions like Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), present a compelling opportunity for collaboration. Talking exclusively to Qatar Tribune, the Swedish envoy said that Qatar, Sweden and other countries can nurture the leaders of tomorrow, with Qatar assuming a pivotal role on the global stage. Such a partnership signals a shift from traditional bases of growth, potentially emanating from the cooperation between Europe and Qatar, he said.

Impressed by the organisational skills and quality presentations by speakers at the three-day 4th edition of Qatar Economic Forum, he said it was the second time that he got the opportunity to attend the forum. The Swedish envoy, “Every conversation reveals a leader in a particular domain. From panel discussions to breakout sessions, the intellectual engagement has been profoundly enriching,” he said, adding that all three days were a refreshing contrast amidst the prevailing global uncertainties and challenges.
