Here are the latest planning decisions made by Somerset Council in Taunton.

A variation of conditions for an application related to The Cottage, Tithill Lane, Bishops Lydeard, was conditionally approved. The decision pertained to modifications to the approved plans and details of finishes. The decision was made on Friday, April 4.

In Taunton, an application from Bloor Homes South West for changes to the Staplegrove Garden Community project was also conditionally approved. This involved alterations to the approved master plan, as well as changes to the delivery of the spine road and Corkscrew Lane temporary access. The alterations will affect the approval previously given to application 34/16/0007.
