Bengaluru: In an open letter on Sunday, BJP MP for Bangalore South, Tejasvi Surya chided Bengaluru in-charge minister DK Shivakumar and BBMP chief commissioner Tushar Giri Nath over poor roads and public infrastructure in the CBD area.
