Readers listed off their favourite spots on the Worcester News Facebook page. Hannah Fennell said: "In the garden or by rivers", while Arlo Bayliss preferred "the bridge by the Canal by Staples.

" Simon Nutter concurred, enjoying a "walk down to the river" as well as Gheluvelt Park. Peter Howard commented: "The Worcester Riverside Walk route", as there is "loads of options and things to see". Rich O'Neill enjoys the Diglis hotel beer garden, while Sharon Joy loves "nice pubs, cafes and walks" by the riverside.



For a sweet treat, Fay Valerie James suggests spending the day "down by the river with an ice cream." Angus Clarke and Esor Jamie recommends the Cathedral gardens, with the latter adding "(a walk) down by the river". Other recommendations include Whitley Court from Kar Rie, and the Splash Pads in Gheluvelt Park from mark Weston.
