Toby Carvery Bolton Built within an 18th century property, the Toby Carvery in Bolton is certainly a beautiful building. Also known as the Watermillock, it was built as a Gentleman's Country House before becoming a WWI hospital and children's hostel. In 2020, it underwent a huge renovation with new carpets and lighting as well as restoring some of the external decor.
