Login Conservative activist group Advance Australia has ratcheted up its election spending with $700,000 outlaid in three weeks through a network of attack accounts targeting Labor, the Greens and teal independents on social media. Across a network of accounts – with names such as Her Truth and Greens Truth – Advance spent $305,000 in the week before Anthony Albanese called the federal election for May 3.
