Another Ultra device has been unveiled with the X200 Ultra, and vivo took things up a notch with a huge camera module, a dedicated V key that’s primarily used as a shutter trigger, and two dedicated camera chips. The camera chips include the V3+ for post processing and a new VS1 chip for enhancing exposure, focus, and image stacking. That absurdly huge camera module has a 50-megapixel LYT-818 sensor for the main camera, a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP9 sensor for the telephoto camera, and another 50-megapixel LYT-818 for the ultrawide camera.

Selfies are taken care of by a 50-megapixel sensor. All cameras can shoot 4K video at 120FPS and 4K Dolby Vision at up to 60FPS.If that’s not enough, vivo is also offering an optional add-on lens that adds a 2.

35x zoom to the telephoto camera to give it a focal length equivalent of 200mm (the telephoto camera has an 85mm focal length equivalent). The add-on lens is part of a Photography set that includes several lenses, straps, a case, and a grip that has a built-in 2300mAh battery. It’s display is a 6.

82-inch 120hz LTPO AMOLED panel with a QHD+ resolution and 4500nits peak brightness, and it comes with Android 15-based OriginOS out of the box.As a flagship phone, you get a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor that’s paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

Keeping the lights on is a 6000mAh battery that supports 90w wired and 40w wireless charging. The X200 Ultra starts at CNY 6499(~Php 51k) for the 12GB/256GB variant, with the 16GB/1TB variant priced at CNY 7999(~Php 63k). The latter is the one bundled with the Photography Kit, which is priced at CNY 9,699(~Php 76k).

There’s a slim chance that the X200 Ultra might make it outside of China, but we hope vivo changes its mind..
