‘They are very sweet’: Sheriff’s Deputies rescue dozens of dogs from convicted animal abuser

Update: All 27 dogs are Chihuahua-mixes. They’re receiving medical care before being made available for adoption. Per Phoenix Humane Society of Greater Cattaraugus, Inc. All the dogs were found unlawfully in the possession of a woman who has a past animal abuse conviction.
