For those hosting guests and others who are just looking for some local fun, here are some things to do across the region:SoCal Indigenous Culture & Art FestivalHead to Grape Day Park in Escondido on Saturday for the first year of this event, which is meant to celebrate the rich heritage of Indigenous communities with art, culture and community. Attendees can experience traditional "bird singing," a fashion show and listen to a variety of speakers.
Plus, there will be live entertainment and interactive exhibits.Night Nation RunDescribed as "the world's first running music festival," this isn't a typical race. Held at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on Saturday, runners will experience a music filled course with live DJs, light shows, bubble zones, as well as lots of neon and black lights.
