Track fault causing disruption for Wirral rail services

Merseyrail say the issue, at James Street station in Liverpool, means some services to West Kirby, New Brighton, Ellesmere Port and Chester are running, but may be cancelled or delayed. Disruption is expected until at 9.45am.
