Trill Burgers opens its second location in Spring, Texas, offering signature smash burgers, exclusive lemonades, and indoor/outdoor seating.

The smash burger scene in Houston just got a hefty boost with the grand opening of the second Trill Burgers location. Making a home in a former Dairy Queen at 6810 Louetta Rd., Spring, Texas, the burger joint co-owned by Houston's renowned rapper Bun B started serving its acclaimed fare, including the OG Trill Burger and its Vegan counterpart, on Friday, as reported by CultureMap Houston.

Touted for its signature all-beef patties, caramelized onions, pickles, and Trill Sauce on a potato bun, the new spot also exclusively offers Trill Lemonade, a hit from its Houston Rodeo pop-up earlier in the year. Beyond the classic and strawberry lemonade flavors, guests can enjoy an Arnold Palmer twist. "The support our community continues to show has been nothing short of incredible," Bun B told CultureMap Houston in celebration of the opening.

Design wise, the Spring outpost stays true to the brand's bold black-and-yellow aesthetics, punctuated with murals from local artist Todd Louis and a neon sign urging visitors to "Keep It Trill". Functionally, the 3,023-square-foot space hosts almost 80 people indoors with additional seating for 32 on the patio. Despite nestling in a small space formerly occupied by Dairy Queen, Houston Eater reports that the customer experience is enlarged through Trill Burgers' drive-thru and DoorDash delivery options.

Since its pop-up inception and first brick-and-mortar in Montrose in 2023, Trill Burgers has managed to spread its roots rapidly across Houston's dining scene. Adding to the excitement, two more locations in Missouri City and West Houston are anticipated to open their doors later this year. Co-founder and publicist Nick Scurfield expressed his enthusiasm to CultureMap Houston, "Our team has been working on this for a long time.

We are so excited to open this second location in Spring and take another big step in bringing Trill Burgers to more communities across Houston. We’re just getting started."If you're hungry, the Spring location is open every day from 11 a.

m. to 9 p.m.

, and the drive-thru stays open until midnight. The opening comes as legal issues with former partners are being resolved through arbitration, which started in February, according to Harris County records shared by CultureMap Houston..
