The Magic trounced the Manitoba Angels 13-0 and 18-5 on Saturday, and bounced the Smitty’s Terminators 13-0 and 24-15 on Sunday.

On Saturday in the first game, Kiara Spratt drove in three runs and scored twice in the 13-0 mercy-rule victory. Brooke Hartman threw three-innings of two-hit ball, striking out seven. Bryelle Simard then threw an inning without allowing a hit.

In the second game, Brielle McGonigal had four RBI and scored twice in the 18-5 win. Meredith Masson allowed four runs in an inning and two-thirds with four strikeouts. She was relieved by Simard, who threw an inning and one-third without allowing a hit, and Logan Rome allowed one run in her inning of work while striking out three batters.

On Sunday, Spratt drove in three runs and scored once on her two hits as she led the Magic to a 13-0 victory. Hartman allowed two hits and struck out seven in three innings, while Simard threw an inning of no-hit relief. In the second game, Simard drove in four runs and Demi Hodson had three RBI while Dasia Tanner had four hits in the 24-15 victory.

Masson allowed four runs in two innings while striking out three, Simard allowed five runs in two-thirds of an inning and Hartman gave up three runs in two innings of work. The Interlake Phillies visit on Saturday and the Eastman Selects are at the Ashley Neufeld Softball Complex on Sunday in a pair of doubleheaders. The U15 Magic split with the Smitty’s Terminators, winning 3-2 and falling 11-4.

Game details were not available. They host the Manitoba Angels on Saturday and Interlake on Sunday. The U17 Magic also split with the Smitty’s Terminators, winning 7-4 and losing 18-8 on Sunday.
