Locations impacted by the alert include Shakers, Bleecker Stadium, East Berne, Brookview, Van Hoesen Station, West Berne, Huntersland, Readsboro Falls, Ravena, Beckers Corners, Broome Center, Loudonville, South Schodack, Westerlo, Houcks Corners, Helderberg, Breakabeen, Best, Albany and Cohoes.

This includes the following highways: Interstate 90 between exits 10 and 25. Interstate 87 between exits 21A and 7. Interstate 787 between exits 1 and 9.
