Speaking at the opening of a plasma therapy clinic in the Farsprovince in southern Iran, Eslami explained that this is why Iran'scompetitors have targeted the country's strategic objectives.Currently, Iran has already passed this stage and has incorporatedenrichment into the industrial sector. The Vice President emphasized that Iran's uranium enrichmentprogram has driven the establishment of nuclear power plants in thecountry.

By 2041, Iran plans to bring online nuclear power plantscapable of generating 20,000 megawatts of electricity annually. Theonly operating nuclear power plant in Iran, the Bushehr NuclearPower Plant (BNPP), has already produced 72 billion kilowatt-hoursof electricity. Iran intends to expedite the commissioning ofadditional nuclear plants.
