US and Ukraine sign minerals agreement after nail-biting last minute snag

The United States has signed a mineral deal with Ukraine on Wednesday, according to reports. The agreement will grant the U.S.

access to natural resources, including aluminum, graphite, oil and natural gas. Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko wrote on X: "On behalf of the Government of Ukraine , I signed the Agreement on the Establishment of a United States– Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund. Together with the United States, we are creating the Fund that will attract global investment into our country.
