ALKOR BIO Group is a well-established manufacturer of reagentkits and laboratory diagnostic equipment, specializing in advancedtechnologies such as ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) andPCR (polymerase chain reaction).
Consequent to the negotiations, both sides have concurred topersist in their collaboration. They intend to exchangecomprehensive technical and economic data to assess the viabilityof the proposed projects and develop the requisite documentationfor execution. This partnership is expected to significantly contribute to thedevelopment of Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical and biotechnologyindustries, advancing local production capabilities and furtherreducing reliance on imported diagnostic solutions.
Notably, trade between Uzbekistan and Russia has experienced aremarkable 20 percent increase, reaching $9.7 billion in the firstten months of 2024. Moreover, the variety of products exported byUzbek manufacturers has significantly expanded, with 68 new productcategories added to the export portfolio.
This growth highlightsthe strengthening economic ties between the two nations andunderscores Uzbekistan's growing role in international trade.
