Vaca Arts Committee meets on Wednesday

VACAVILLE – The draft Arts and Culture Master Plan will be considered at a special meeting of the city's Arts Advisory Committee on Wednesday. The panel also will consider a new committee policy and the Public Arts Program Policy. The meeting begins at 6 p.
