However, with Frieren, even if you have her, you can’t use her moves in battle until you have obtained the Spell Scrolls. You can get the Frieren spec as a boss drop from the Frieren boss. Each scroll correlates to a move. As I said, you will not be able to use that move until you have the matching scroll. How To Get Spell ScrollsThe only way to get Spell Scrolls is by defeating the Frieren Boss.

She spawns every 10 minutes on either Snow Island, Desert Island, or Shells Town. The location is random, but can be any of the three. Luckily, you’ll get a server-wide notification telling you she has appeared.

There are four Spell Scrolls you need to obtain. As they aren’t guaranteed drops, you’ll most likely have to defeat her a few times before you get them all.
