Image: Instagram/@praybeytbenjamin Vice Ganda disclosed that he has not been able to walk after he sustained a foot injury on the set of “It’s Showtime.” The comedian-TV host showed his injured foot covered with bandage while his partner, fellow TV host Ion Perez, was cleaning it, through his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, April 29.
“I injured my foot yesterday in ‘Showtime,'” Vice Ganda said without expounding on how he sustained the injury. It can be noticed as well that the TV host was absent from the April 29 episode of the noontime show. Despite his condition, Vice Ganda feels “blessed” as he expressed his appreciation for Perez for caring for him.
“Last night, he asked his therapist to come over to check. Today, he stays beside me to take care of me coz I can’t walk,” the comedian said. “I’m so blessed!” he exclaimed.

The comedian was initially unaware of his diagnosis but was still able to attend to his work commitments. “Mataas ang immune system ko; kumpleto ako sa mga bitamina at tsaka healthy living na ako,” he noted, regarding it as the reason why he was able to work despite his condition.
