NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (Vi) said on Friday that it has restored its services following a brief network outage that impacted its users in the Delhi NCR region. ‘Our network services were briefly impacted in NCR during the early hours of Friday (April 18) due to a technical issue,’ a Vi spokesperson said in a statement. The spokesperson added that the technical issue has been resolved, and all services are back to normal.
As per outage monitoring platform Downdetector, over 1,900 Vi users reported issues with the telco’s network, mainly for no network (68%), total blackout (26%), and mobile internet 97%).
