Weak Hero Class 2, featuring Park Ji Hoon in the lead role, is set to premiere on Netflix. Weak Hero Class is making a powerful return with its much-anticipated second season, following the overwhelming success of its debut. This gripping Korean action-thriller dives deep into the life of Yeon Si Eun (played by Park Ji Hoon), a quiet top student with a hidden talent for fighting.

The teaser of the series has recently been released, and it has gained considerable buzz among fans and followers. As per the glimpses of the teaser, in this new season, Yeon Si Eun will become friends with Park Hu Min, Seo Jun Tae, and Ko Hyeon Tak, played by Ryeoun, Choi Min Young, and Lee Min Jae, respectively. Although Yeon Si Eun will be successful in securing new friendships, he will be doomed to face his demons as his bullies pose new challenges for him.
The creator of Weak Hero Class recently opened up about their focus on minor details in the series. Han Jun Hee expressed the importance of small details like certain colour palettes and sets as they perfectly capture the mood and essence of the series. As per Netflix Korea reports, the creator also praised the performances of the actors.
Talking about Park Ji Hoon, he said, “It was an honour to be the first audience member watching Park Ji Hoon portray Yeon Si Eun on the monitor." He further explained that he wishes that the audience will enjoy the journey of friendship and conflict experienced by Yeon Si Eun. Weak Hero Class 2 will premiere on Netflix on April 25.
The 8-episode drama will release a new episode on Fridays, and the final episode is set to release on June 13..
