The proud owners of some of the most popular classic cars will be gathering in Louth on Friday evening as part of a nationwide cavalcade. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the MG car brand, members of the MG Owners' Club organised the MG 100 Cavalcade, which will see hundreds of members take part in a series of "road runs" all the way from John O' Groats in the far north of Scotland, to Land's End in Cornwall. The Lincolnshire leg of the historic journey will begin on Friday, May 10, with members of the MG Owners' Club asked to meet at The Tile Works near the Humber Bridge at 4pm.

The following morning at 9am, the group will meet at The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre in East Kirkby for a photoshoot with historic Lancaster Bomber 'Just Jane', before departing at 10am for a scenic drive to Hall's Garage in Morton.
