A WOMAN has brought her "life-changing" treatments to a new wellness centre in Upton. Hilary Bell has recently opened HRB Therapies on Court Street, where she offers specialist treatments, including scar tissue therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. "I have a special interest in scar tissue therapy and manual lymphatic drainage," she said.
"Scar therapy is for anything like major trauma and car accidents or c-sections. Quite often there's a lot of stuck tissue and that it's very tight and they can't move properly." She said helping people to get movement back can often make them emotional. "It's helping people to get movement back," she said. "People saying 'I thought I had to live like this' is the sentence I hear over and over.
It can be life changing for people.".
