YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: The registration for the residential plot scheme of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has started. For those dreaming of having a home near the Jewar Airport, this is a good opportunity. The window for registration will remain open for a month.
The region is seeing rapid development as the authority is undertaking multiple high-stake projects, including International Film City, a medical park, and industrial corridors, among others. Important dates to keep in mind Registration began on: April 21, 2025 Registration to end on: May 21, 2025 YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme's Date of Draw: July 11, 2025 Details of YEIDA plots Each plot will have an area of 200 square metres. There are a total of 276 plots.
Among them, 17.5 per cent, i.e.
, 48, are reserved for farmers whose lands have been acquired/purchased for the planned development of YEIDA and/or Jewar Airport. The plots are located at a prime location with Noida International Airport, Film City, F-1 Race Track, Medical Device Park, Electric Manufacturing Cluster, Yamuna Expressway, and Eastern Peripheral Expressway in the vicinity.
Cost, registration amount The authority has set a registration amount of Rs 7,00,000 to proceed with the booking. However, the amount for SC/ST is Rs 3,50,000. As per the information, the rate of the land in a residential plot under this scheme is Rs 35,000 per square meter.
It must be noted that the authority will allot the plots through a draw of lots for each category separately. After a successful application, the registration money will be adjusted against the total payable premium of the plot.
