Zespri licence revenue halves

While there was still demand for licences, the overall result continues a declining trend.

Licensing revenue for Zespri has halved following the annual industry auction. This week, the kiwifruit marketer completed its 2024 licence release, through its second online ascending-price open auction. Following the sale of more than 153 hectares of kiwifruit on Monday, and about 104ha sold.
