The brand is on a trajectory for substantial growth.

Ziggi’s Coffee is expanding its footprint in Firestone, adding a second location in the growing city, city documents show . The final development plans are listed as currently under review, showing the company seeks to build a store at the northeast corner of State Highway 119 and Fairview Street. A company spokesperson told What Now Denver that the brand is still in the early stages on this specific project, but confirmed it will be a corporate-owned and operated outlet.

The site is close to the flagship Ziggi’s Coffee in Longmont. “We are excited to continue expanding our footprint throughout Colorado, with over 50 locations already serving communities across the state. Each new location is an investment in the communities we serve, and we’re proud to deepen our presence in a region so close to our roots,” co-founder and CEO Brandon Knudsen said.

It will be a 865-square-foot drive-thru within the upcoming Firelight Park retail development, right on the border of Firestone and Longmont. A completion date is unknown; posts from LARYJA Creative show no signs of development yet as of last week. Founded in 2004 by Knudsen and his wife Carmrin, Ziggi’s has grown to have over 100 stores across 22 states and over 200 more are in development, which includes over 30 that are planned to open this year.

Its popularity earned it the #1 spot on USA Today’s 10Best list last year ..
