THREE Dabawenyos ranked among the top passers of the 2025 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).Coleen Flores Malayao of the University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) placed second nationwide with a rating of 91.25 percent.
UIC congratulated Malayao in a Facebook post, saying, "May you experience the satisfaction of knowing that your pursuit of professional excellence has culminated in this well-deserved success." UIC reported a national passing rate of 75.01 percent and a perfect overall performance of 100 percent.
Denise Marie Borillo Atillo of the University of Mindanao (UM) secured third place with a score of 90.50 percent, while fellow UM student Mea Meagan Travenio Wesley placed 10th with 88.75 percent.
In a separate Facebook post, UM congratulated its examinees for their achievement. The university recorded a 100 percent passing rate for first-time takers, a 75.01 percent general passing rate, and an 85.
71 percent overall performance.A total of 1,306 out of 1,741 examinees passed the licensure exam, which was conducted in testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban. RGP.
