Lahore - The residents of Jubilee Town, Lahore are requesting Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz to install a water purification filter plants due to poor water quality that is not suitable for drinking. Additionally, there is a need for new tubewells in the area as residents are facing a severe shortage of water due to WASA water timing restrictions further added the misery of the masses. The existing tubewells are insufficient to meet the needs of the residents.
President of Jubilee Town Welfare Housing Society, Sheikh Zahid Iqbal, has urged the Chief Minister of Punjab to install at least two water filter plants to address the water needs of the residents.
