Baseball: St. Augustine 10, Cathedral Catholic 4

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) - The Holy Bowl on the baseball diamond, as the St. Augustine Saints host their long-time rivals, the Cathedral Catholic Dons.A wild pitch in the top of the 1st opened the scoring for the Dons, as Alex Harrington was able to come around to score to make it 1-0 Cathedral Catholic.

The Saints respond in the bottom half, Grayson Boles and Drake Konja each hit RBI-singles to give Saints the 2-1 lead.St. Augustine would add on in the bottom of the 2nd, as Tyler Wick would blast a solo-shot to the parking lot in left field, as Saints jumps out to a 3-1 lead.



Bottom of the 3rd, Boles comes up big again with another RBI-single to make it 4-1 Saintsmen.The Dons would add one back, as Chris LeTourneau would hit an RBI-triple to make it 4-2.But it would be all Saints after that, Drake Konja would add two more RBIs with a double in the 5th, followed by a Mikey Ruiz RBI-single.

Then in the 6th, Anthony Tompkins would knock in a run with a single, that would set up a 2-run Home run by Grayson Boles.St. Augustine would go on to defeat their rivals 10-4.
