"Instead, I spent hundreds just to watch the show on a tiny screen, while massive scaffolding and a strange viewing platform blocked the actual stage." No warning, no solution The fan said they had done their research before purchasing, checking seating charts and reviews to avoid any restricted sightlines. But upon arriving, it was clear that a significant portion of the stage was blocked, with no prior warning or disclaimer attached to the tickets.
