Borders man called ex-partner more than 800 times within two days after break-up

Thirty-two-year-old Darryl Wyper pleaded guilty to engaging in a course of behaviour which was abusive to a partner or ex-partner in February. He was placed on supervision for two years and ordered to attend the Caledonian Men’s Programme. A non-harassment order preventing him from having any contact with his former partner for three years was also imposed.
