VEHARI - On the special directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Christmas grant cheques were distributed among deserving members of the Christian community in Vehari. Assistant Commissioner Vehari, Ghazala Kanwal, handed over 40 Christmas grant cheques to deserving Christian men and women at her office. The Christian community expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for the financial assistance.

Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Ghazala Kanwal said that under the initiative of the Chief Minister, financial assistance is being provided to deserving Christian individuals. She added that the Punjab government is paying special attention to the welfare of the Christian community. Each eligible recipient received Rs.
