Crystal Lake Showrunner Shares First Look At Production Script

Crystal Lake is one step closer to becoming a reality, with the Friday the 13th prequel’s showrunner sharing a photo of the production draft script. Brad Caleb Kane posted to his Instagram account to provide a look at the script, noting that the production offices are now open. Kane wrote: “Crystal Lake Production offices are live.

It’s all happening. MACHETES FOR EVERYONE!” Kane wrote the script seen in the photo. Linda Cardellini is set to play Mrs.



Vorhees in the series, which is being produced by A24 and Peacock. Plot details on the new series have yet to be revealed. The show has been in the works for some years, with Bryan Fuller originally set to write and showrun before he left the project over creative differences.
