The climax sequence will take place against a jungle backdrop and an enormous set is being built. Dhamaal, one of the most popular comedy franchises, is currently working on its fourth chapter. Titled Dhamaal 4, the makers began working on the film earlier this year.
Reportedly, Dhamaal 4’s final schedule will begin on May 15, in Mumbai. Ajay Devgn , Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, and Jaaved Jaaferi will reconvene once more to film an exciting and humorous climax. According to sources quoted by a Mid-day report, the climax sequence will take place against a jungle backdrop, and an enormous set is being built.
The source added, “This stint largely focuses on the climax and some fight scenes, including a car chase and another combat sequence. A massive set depicting mountainous terrain and jungles is being built. In keeping with the light-hearted treatment of Dhamaal, the action sequences will have a comic touch and an aspect of physical comedy.
" The report also mentioned that director Indra Kumar began shooting the fourth instalment of the comedy series in March. Throughout April, he worked on individual scenes with the major actors. After finishing his parts, Ajay Devgn went to Ooty to film his adventure thriller Ranger, while Indra Kumar filmed solo scenes with Jaaved Jaaferi.
Meanwhile, Riteish Deshmukh worked on his directorial project Raja Shivaji, while Arshad Warsi took a short vacation to Goa. The team will now return for the final leg of shooting, slated to stretch until the end of June. Some time back, Ajay Devgn shared images and announced that they wrapped up one of the schedules.
Ajay wrote, “The madness is BACK! #Dhamaal4 kicks off with a bang — Malshej Ghat schedule wrapped, Mumbai schedule rolling! Let the laughter riot begin!" The Dhamaal franchise, which debuted in 2007 under Indra Kumar’s directing, has remained a fan favorite due to its humorous storyline and characters. The first film, largely based on Hollywood comedies like Rat Race and It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. It produced two blockbuster sequels: Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019).
