Ellen Pompeo Poses with Her Family During Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Unveiling

Ellen Pompeo has the support of her family for a monumental career milestone! The 55-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday afternoon (April 29) in Hollywood. Ellen was joined by husband Chris Ivery and two of their three kids – Stella , 15, and Eli , 8. 10-year-old daughter Sienna did not join in for the family photos.

People reports that while snapping photos, Ellen shouted out, “Everybody say Sienna because she’s not here!” In her speech, Ellen thanked her kids, saying, “This doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen easily. It takes a village. I love you Stella .



I love you Eli .” Also in attendance were Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes and co-stars Debbie Allen , James Pickens Jr. , and Scott Speedman , plus Good American Family co-stars Christina Hendricks and Sarayu Blue .
