Huang, who is also Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, reaffirmed his commitment to rural development, saying that basic infrastructure directly enhances residents’ well-being.“Basic infrastructure development like roads is my priority, as it directly impacts the well-being of the people.“We will continue working to ensure that no village is left behind and everyone has access to safe and comfortable roads,” he said in a statement.
