A new wine bar, eatery, and bottle shop is coming to Great Western Road. The team behind Bar Brett has announced the launch of The Caravan Shop, set to open on May 2 — just in time for the bank holiday. "Over the last three years, this little unit has been everything from a vital storage space for Brett and our other venues to a home for the old Cail Bruich before its refurb. "After so many plans, clear-outs and changes, we’re finally ready to share what’s next. "The Caravan Shop will be a wine bar, eatery and bottle shop — somewhere to grab a drink or snack before or after Brett, somewhere to come if you miss when Brett was a bar, somewhere for a pint in the sun, or to pick up a bottle to take home.

It will open seven days a week until midnight, although opening hours could change.
Aperitivo hours will run Monday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm, Saturday from noon to 4pm, and Sunday until sell-out, featuring £1.50 snacks and £7 spritzes. They've also teased pints of Guinness priced at just £4.
