Neyland Library was opened in June 2021 and has 13 hours a week of staffed opening, but customers can use unstaffed access anytime from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, all year round.
Cllr Rhys Sinnett, the Cabinet Member for Residents’ Services, said: The Mayor Neyland, Cllr Peter Hay commented: Neyland Library is located at Neyland Community Hub, John Street. The staffed opening hours are: Tuesday 10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm; Friday 10am- 1pm, 2pm-4pm; Saturday 10am-1pm. Budget cuts by the Local Authority have been threatening local library services in recent months.
