Pingry’s Rayee Feng returned to the top of the Skyland Conference after shooting 5-under par 67 to win her second career individual title at Heron Glen Golf Course in Ringoes. 4/29 - 1:00 PM Girls Golf Final Bridgewater-Raritan 365 Pingry 310 Pingry captured its second straight team title by scoring a 310, 55 strokes ahead of Bridgewater-Raritan. Feng began her day strong by shooting 5-under through the front-nine before bringing her score as low as 8-under through 13 holes.
Feng captured her first title as a freshman in 2023, shooting a 73 to win by two strokes, before former Bridgewater-Raritan golfer Vaidehi Shah unseated her last season by one stroke. Angela Liang also had a solid performance for Pingry as she shot 1-under 71 to finish in second place. Pingry’s two other golfers recorded top-10 finishes as Juliana Zhang placed sixth with an 85, while Sahasra Datla was ninth with an 87.
Yashvi Shah led Bridgewater-Raritan, shooting a 74 to finish third, while Watchung Hills’ Season Wei was fourth with a 75. Zoey Zhu led Ridge to a third-place finish (381), shooting a 76 to place fifth. Watchung Hills (393) and Montgomery (405) rounded out the top five on the team side.
