Homeless solutions event set for Wednesday in Vallejo

FAIRFIELD — United Way Bay Area and Solano County Supervisor Cassandra James on Wednesday are slated to host an event on homelessness solutions. The event includes lunch, a documentary film screening, and a panel discussion with local housing justice officials, including Jackie Jones from Vallejo Together, DeAndre Richard from Caminar and Melvin Cowan from Enough Housing. United Way Bay Area Director Housing Justice Karen Nemsick is also a speaker.

It is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.
