Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina, in an interview with News18 Showsha, has spoken about her time when she was an alcohol addict and how her brother was her biggest cheerleader. Sunaina said, ‘Hrithik is my biggest cheerleader. He is always happy and he is one person I need validation from.
Because even though he is younger to me, he is still my little brother and I just look up to him in so may different ways.’ She added, ‘The way he works out, they way he is so disciplined, consistent, hard working. He has a knee problem but he will go and dance and finish it off, no matter how much pain he is in.
He has been very inspiring for me too.’ On her alcohol addiction Sunaina said, ‘It was tough. Alcoholism is when you don’t have control over your drinking.
I was going through a very difficult time.’ She added, ‘I was very emotionally vulnerable, and to numb my emotions, I started drinking. I think it was the worst phase of my life.
I had fallen off beds and injured myself. It’s a very vicious cycle to be in. For a couple of months, I wasn’t given any money, my credit cards were taken away, and it was a very unpleasant situation for me to be in.
’ Hrithik Roshan was at a tour in the U.S.A and he interacted with his fans and has left the Americans in awe as they google him and ask who he is.
The actor will be seen with Junior NTR in War 2 this year. Roshan recently went to an event where he was asked, who is your favorite co star. While answering this, he said, “My favourite co-star is actually Jr.
NTR. I just did War 2 with him — he’s amazing, he’s brilliant, and he’s such a fine teammate. I think we’ve done something really good, and I can’t wait for you all to watch it, WAR 2, 14th August!”.
