The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is back for a second season on Hulu , and although #MomTok survived the TikTok ban, the friendships among the groups might not. The cast of the reality series includes Taylor Frankie Paul, Demi Engemann, Jen Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Matthews, Whitney Leavitt, and new addition Miranda McWhorter.

Whitney ended the first season trying to distance herself from #MomTok, and her desire to return in the second season has conflicting opinions about whether she should be let back in. ” However, what shakes things up in the friend group is the return of Taylor’s best friend Miranda, who says she’s coming into the group “to set the record straight on this cheating scandal.” In the preview, Demi alludes to people wanting to return to the group, saying, “Anyone that comes in at this point is clout-chasing.” The first season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives was Hulu’s most-watched unscripted premiere of 2024, based on the first three days of streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

Season 2 will also continue to follow Taylor’s life and her tumultuous relationship with Dakota Mortensen, with questions about his sobriety coming up. “#MomTok is turning on each other left and right,” Mayci says as the drama heats up. Hulu and Hollywood Records have also released the series’ official theme song “Secret Temptation” and its remix, which captures the high drama, deep scandal, and guilty pleasure of the series.

Both tracks are now available on all streaming platforms. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is produced by Jeff Jenkins Productions in association with 3BMG and Walt Disney Television Alternative.
