The 22-year-old actor made his television debut in " Pulang Araw " as the fierce Japanese soldier Akio Watanabe. Following the success of his role, Jay signed a contract with Sparkle GMA Artist Center last December. He also took on the role of a gay security guard who went viral with a dancing video on social media in a January episode of " Magpakailanman .
