The April 15th edition of The Daily Gazette reported the pervious morning’s arrest and apprehension of a person on busy Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Two men wearing vests imprinted with the words “Federal Agent” and one in plain clothes ordered that person out of a car in which he was sitting and moved him into an unmarked car with flashing lights on its roof.
