Rapper Kanye West was banned from the streaming platform Twitch within minutes after he struck a Nazi salute and made hateful comments, Daily Beast reported. Twitch is a social media platform that allows people to stream themselves live and interact with followers. It is popular among gamers as well as social media influencers.
Mr. West, per the outlet, was ranting about his celebrity ex-wife Kim Kardashian, making hateful comments about Jewish people, abusing the LGBTQ+ community, and striking a Nazi salute as he hailed Hitler. However, about seven minutes into the stream, Mr.
West’s feed was replaced by a notice. “This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service,” the outlet reported it stating. Mr.
West had also praised multi-billionaire Elon Musk, who is accused of enabling antisemitic comments on his platform X.
