South Korean superstar Kim Soo Hyun’s legal team has filed a 12 billion KRW ($9M) lawsuit against individuals responsible for spreading fake and defamatory content including Sae Ron’s family and Youtube channel to ruin the public image of Soo Hyun. Reportedly, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency was facing financial struggles after a discrepancy was found in the court filing. Also, as per claims, the legal team demanded extension in deadline due to inability to pay the demanded amount.
However, according to Kim Soo legal team LKB Partners, they only needed time to identify the addresses of all defendants, out of which one name was of Sae Ron’s fake aunt whose name, public Id and other details were unclear. Due to which the team was facing trouble in legal matters. Talking about the matter, Soo Hyun’s legal representative said, If we can confirm at least the defendant's name, contact information, or resident registration number, there is no problem.
But these three things are not confirmed yet, but they will be confirmed someday because a criminal complaint has been filed against this person.” The legal team further added, “The investigative agency will also confirm the person's personal information. However, we are trying to find a way to confirm this information a bit faster.
It is difficult to predict when the first trial date will be held, but it will most likely proceed in line with the criminal case investigation. Amid the controversy, recently Youtuber Jangsin claimed that he knows the address of the late actress’s fake aunt. He took to X (formerly Twitter) to reveal the address of the lady.
As per him, her aunt is now residing in the Incheon neighbourhood, South Korea. Jangsin said, Hey, I'm basically like a journalist, you know that? You get what I mean, right? Also, that woman (fake aunt) lives in luncheon-that’s all I’ll say. She is in Incheon, Se-ui.
The truth will be revealed very soon. Didn’t I say this before? I may not have the title to expose it myself but someone else will come forward. So, brothers-just wait patiently.
