Ladbrokes owner Entain's shares rise as it names Stella David as CEO

David had been interim CEO of the Ladbrokes, Coral, and Eurobet owner since Gavin Issacs resigned in February after just five months in the top job. Major investors backed David's permanent appointment as CEO, the Financial Times reported last week. "She is highly regarded by our stakeholders, and her appointment provides consistency and stability," interim Chair Pierre Bouchut said in a statement on Tuesday.
